How to start the RIDE?
Step 1: Proceed to verify your ID & Driver ID (Min. Class 2B P-Plate Welcome) with our outlet in charge.
Step 2: Our staff will hand over the keys to you after verification is done.
Step 3: Your ride will be switched on when your booking starts at 8.30am
Step 4: Our friendly staff will go through the riding procedure, if this is your first ELECTRIC RIDE, if not you may proceed to ride.
Step : We provide FULL CHARGE & you RETURN FULL CHARGE
Step: That's it!
In case of battery went flat due to your negilgence?
Step 1: Go to the nearest charging station and let it charge for at least 30 minutes to 60 minutes before proceeding to ride again.
Step 2: Our strong suggestion is that you cultivate a charging habit wherever you ride to, always look for a nearest charging stations to your appointments, workplace or schools.
Step 3: CALL A TOW at your own cost.
How do I place the deposit for bookings?
Step 1: No deposit is needed, instead you will have to sign up for a yearly membership of SGD$29.90 to book a ride.
Step 2: Go to https://www.erider.sg/
Step 3: Choose a location to book your ride under ALL LOCATION & you will be prompted to SIGN UP A PLAN (Yearly membership)
Step 4: Choose the ride you want, scooter, city or small scooter.
Step 5: Choose the date you need the ride
Step 6: Choose return SAME DAY or NEXT DAY
Step 7: That's it!
